Here at 24/7 Oil, LLC in Waterbury, Connecticut, we strive to keep our customers warm with quick, reliable home heating oil delivery. We can offer same-day delivery for our customers who order in the morning. Otherwise, orders are usually fulfilled by the next day.

The Basics

If you're a new user of heating oil, or need a refresher on how the process works, let us explain it to you. First, customers will contact us to order oil for heating their homes or businesses using their boilers or furnaces. We take the customer's information and deliver the oil to both commercial and residential locations. Next, we pump the oil directly into the building through an external oil pipe on the outside of the building. Every customer is different in regards to how much oil they use. This amount will vary based on the size of the customer's home, the number of occupants, and other factors. The average customer will contact us for more heating oil about 2-6 times per year.

Ordering

Now that you understand the basics of our process, take some time to learn about ordering. Prices of delivery are included in the heating oil order. Orders can be delivered the same day if the customers call in the morning. If the order is placed in the afternoon, the delivery will usually be fulfilled the following day. We have two fully licensed drivers that carry out our deliveries, and our company is fully licensed and insured. Our customers know that when they order from us, they get a reliable and trustworthy service. Since we are a small company, we strive to be very friendly with our customers and hope to build true relationships with every one of them.

Heating Oil

The cost of heating oil is currently $3.44 per gallon. Our customers can save 10 cents per gallon when they register for our company's auto-pay system. These prices are based on the price of barrels of oil. This high-quality oil is designed specifically for heating a customer's home or business, and is different from oil used for cooking food or fueling a car. Our team is proud to say we have the lowest prices in our delivery region; we will beat any advertised price by a minimum of 2 to 10 cents guaranteed. The minimum amount of heating oil per order that we offer is 100 gallons, and the average order is 100-400 gallons for residential customers. For commercial customers, we can deliver up to 3000 gallons.
